Range BYGGLEK are boxes for storing toys, on the surface of which you can attach Lego bricks.
Comfortable boxes with thoughtful design in a simple Scandinavian style would be an excellent solution for a child's room. And their highlight will be the surface, which is compatible with the designers of Lego and can be the basis for the construction of any structures of its bricks.
Thus, any box from the collection, called "BYGGLEK," can offer two uses. It can be used as a boring, though very convenient, toy box or turned into a part of the game. For example, there could be a house filled with furniture made of Lego bricks, or a zoo with animal figures. In other words, to become something that fantasy will prompt. Describing the new creative solution, Rasmus Buch Legstrup, LEGO Group designer, said: "BYGGLEK is more than just boxes and boxes - it's an interweaving of storage, convenience, and gameplay."
The collection includes four different products: a set of three small boxes, two sets of larger containers, and a small Lego set. The cost of a large box with a lid will be $14.99, a smaller box will cost $12.99, a set of three boxes will cost customers $9.99, and a bunch of eight sets of Lego items will cost $14.99. All sets are compatible with each other, so you can build different structures from them if you want.
The possible collaboration between the two Scandinavian brands, known around the world, became known in 2019. But on August 27, the collection was officially presented. According to an official report, the BYGGLEK collection will be available in IKEA stores throughout Europe and North America starting October 1. By the end of 2020, it will be available in IKEA stores around the world.
