Tenants include the grocery hypermarket chain Geant, a modern shopping gallery with international brands, catering facilities, and entertainment operators, including the Roxy Cinemas cinema and a concept family amusement park. It is located on a site that is easily accessible to residents of the city center and neighboring areas. Dubai Hills Mall parking will have enough space for 7,000 cars.
