Free master classes, the standard for Apple stores during the holiday period, are being held this year in an online format.
Previously, the company announced a program called Make Your Holiday, designed for the period from December 19 to 31, which is when the holiday season begins. It includes various free courses on multiple topics, such as using the company's computers, how to shoot family portraits properly, and even how to create greeting cards yourself. In other words, everyone has something interesting to look forward to.
The history of free courses from Apple dates back to 2001 when the first Apple Store was launched. The company then held masterclasses that talked about the tricks of macOS and showed how to use individual applications. As the chain of stores developed, the company gradually expanded its range. In 2017, courses from Apple also included art, design, music, photography, and coding.
Earlier this year, the company was forced to close more than 500 stores around the world temporarily. And although today they have reopened their doors to visitors (some in a reduced format called Express), the possibility of holding public events is still out of the question.
