The 30-day subscription, which allows you to buy one taco a day, costs $5 and $10.

Fast-food restaurant chain Taco Bell (part of Yum! Brands Corporation) tests a subscription program for its customers. The newest service allows Taco Lover’s Pass holders to order their favorite meals in a certain amount through a mobile app.
The product is currently being tested at 17 establishments in Tucson, Arizona, CNBC writes. Depending on the restaurant’s location, a 30-day subscription will cost Taco Bell customers $5 and $10. It is known that the program will be in effect until Nov. 24.
Previously, other significant players in the fast-food market have already tested their own subscriptions. For example, Burger King back in 2019 offered its customers a one-month subscription to coffee for $5. Still, a month later, the project was phased out. On the other hand, Panera Bread attracted about 500,000 subscribers thanks to its $9-a-month unlimited coffee and tea offer.
By offering diners a $5 purchase of one type of taco per day and adding it to other dishes in their order, Taco Bell expects to increase customer loyalty and increase the average check. The company estimates that loyalty program members spend an average of 35 percent more per visit.
