The company has temporarily abandoned all day long breakfast because of the pandemic.

McDonald’s network has announced a significant change in the menu. Three sweet offers will be added to the menu. Although they are more positioned as an option for breakfast, they will be available all day long. These options will be an apple donut, blueberry muffin, and cinnamon bun. McCafe Bakery will offer all three new offerings on its menu.
Breakfast has become one of the most problematic issues for the restaurant chain. Since then, office attendance has decreased dramatically, and people have stopped eating breakfast at McCafe Bakery before work. Since the beginning of 2020, sales of breakfasts in restaurants have plummeted. The introduction of new menu items will be one of the company’s steps in correcting the situation and restoring this part of the menu’s sales. The company hopes that flavors of apples, blueberries, and cinnamon will attract customers to their morning meal and expect other innovations in the nearest future.
Simultaneously, the company has not yet announced when it returns the breakfast menu for the whole day. Due to the pandemic, McDonald’s canceled this option at the end of March, justifying the decision to streamline kitchen operations and provide more incredible speed and better service quality. With most orders being picked up by customers from their cars, the speed and accuracy of order collection were more critical than the expanded menu. Many customers wonder when breakfast will return to the menu for the whole day, but the company has not yet reported any news on the subject.
Beverages announced include Churro Frappé, S'mores Cold Brew and Turmeric Spiced Latte.
Starbucks presents a new addition to its fall menu - a third pumpkin drink option.
This will be the most significant expansion in the company's history.
