About 31,000 sqm of GLA and around 140 stores make Torino Outlet Village a different asset from the 20,000 sqm center that opened in Settimo Torinese on 24 March 2017. The second phase, roughly 11,000 sqm, opened to the public on 25 October 2025.
Westi, part of Odissea Group, developed the village, Orion Capital Partners owns it, and Arcus Real Estate, the Percassi group’s outlet company, manages it. The original phase runs as a single-level open-air promenade of about 290 meters designed by Claudio Silvestrin, and the extension continues the same route.
Via Torino 160-162 sits on the north-eastern edge of the Turin metropolitan area, with motorway links toward Milan, France and Switzerland. The operator counts 4.5 million people within 90 minutes across Italy, France and Switzerland, and Arcus has pointed to French, Swiss and British visitors as a significant share of traffic across its Italian outlets.
In Piedmont the village competes with Serravalle Designer Outlet near the Ligurian border, which draws on Milan and Genoa as well as Turin. The same developer and operator open Roma Outlet Village on the A1 north of Rome in November 2026.
