About this mall

Located in Malvinas Argentinas (Greater Buenos Aires), it delivers a complete offer of 130 famous stores and will allow employing more than 1,000 people.

The commercial complex also includes a Carrefour hypermarket of 10,900 sq.m (sales area), a Sodimac Home Center (decoration and household equipment) of 10,400 sq.m, Cinemark 10 cinema rooms, a Neverland amusement park of 720 sq.m and 24 bowling alleys for family fun.

Terrazas de Mayo’s gastronomic offer contains 14 stores located in a 3,500 sq.m area. It includes terraces to enjoy the outdoors and a bright food court with modern design.

In Argentina, Property Division manages 1,150 locatives places in 94 Carrefour galleries of the country, which represents 165,000 sq.m galleries.

Thanks to these improvments, we expect to go from a footfall of 6 million per year to one of 14 million.
