Swansea Mall was a shopping mall located in Swansea, Massachusetts. It was a large, single-level, fully enclosed, regional shopping mall with over 80 stores in the Southeastern Massachusetts area.
Located off I-195, Exit 3, Swansea Mall was situated at the intersection of U.S. Route 6 and Massachusetts Route 118.
The mall shut its doors for good on March 31, 2019, marking its permanent closure. Subsequently, Anagnost Companies acquired the property through an auction in May 2019. A process of revitalization and redevelopment has since been initiated for the mall.
