The property is currently owned by CPI Property Group, the Prague-headquartered pan-European listed real estate company, following the corporate acquisition chain of S IMMO by Immofinanz and Immofinanz’s subsequent integration within the CPI Property Group portfolio.

The format combines the Auchan hypermarket grocery anchor replacing the former Carrefour hypermarket which closed in May 2026 ahead of a broader repositioning with the principal international and Romanian vertical fashion register featuring H&M, Zara, Pull&Bear, Bershka, C&A, Flanco, Altex, New Yorker, and the broader European fashion programming.
