The property is currently owned by CPI Property Group, the Prague-headquartered pan-European listed real estate company, following the corporate acquisition chain of S IMMO by Immofinanz and Immofinanz’s subsequent integration within the CPI Property Group portfolio.

The format combines the Auchan hypermarket grocery anchor replacing the former Carrefour hypermarket which closed in May 2026 ahead of a broader repositioning with the principal international and Romanian vertical fashion register featuring H&M, Zara, Pull&Bear, Bershka, C&A, Flanco, Altex, New Yorker, and the broader European fashion programming. The Cinema City multiplex anchor, the Leroy Merlin home improvement anchor, the dedicated dining circuit, the Sephora premium beauty position, and the broader retail-and-services programming complete the contemporary southern Bucharest super-regional offer. A major modernisation programme is underway from June 2026, reconfiguring approximately 16,000 sqm of retail space to introduce major international fashion brands.
