Serdivan Park

Ada-Yat Gayrimenkul opened Serdivan Park in the Serdivan district of Sakarya in 2010, and the property has held its position as the province’s largest shopping center since. The four-story mall serves not just Serdivan but the wider Adapazarı metropolitan area, a role reflected in its alternate local name, “Adapazarı Serdivan.”

Migros, Koçtaş and LC Waikiki anchor a roughly 90-store tenant mix, with Boyner as the domestic department-store anchor and Paribu Cineverse, still widely known locally by its former name Cinemaximum, running the multiplex. A skating rink and multiple restaurant-cafés round out the leisure floor.

Roughly 42,000 sqm of leasable space makes Serdivan Park large enough to draw shoppers from across Sakarya province rather than compete purely on a neighborhood basis, a scale advantage over smaller Adapazarı-area centers that opened before it. H&M, Guess and Mavi carry the international fashion floor alongside domestic names like Kiğılı and Panço.

That province-wide draw is Serdivan Park’s structural position in the Sakarya market: not a boutique or neighborhood center, but the region’s default answer to “where do you shop” for anyone within an hour’s drive of Adapazarı.
