In addition to serving the city of Rochester, the center serves the surrounding towns of Somersworth, Farmington, Milton, north to the eastern Lakes Region of New Hampshire and east to Sanford and “The Berwicks;” North Berwick, South Berwick, and Berwick, in Maine. It is also a welcome stop for travelers to and from northern tourist attractions.

Part of tax-free New Hampshire’s desirable Seacoast Region, the center is just off Exit 13 of the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) at Route 202. With direct access from I-95 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, the Spaulding Turnpike is the major route to the Lakes Region, White Mountains, area ski resorts, and other tourist attractions north of the Seacoast.
