Roubaix Designer Outlet is a McArthurGlen outlet centre in Roubaix, in the Nord, near Roubaix’s historic textile and cultural district. Roubaix’s identity as a former textile manufacturing capital makes the outlet format historically resonant: the city’s magasin d’usine tradition predates the modern designer outlet concept. The McArthurGlen format here operates as an open-air and semi-covered complex within a regenerated industrial quarter.
The Kooples, Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, American Vintage, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Zadig & Voltaire, Guess, Lacoste, JOTT and Pepe Jeans cover contemporary and accessible premium fashion. Gant, Eden Park, Aigle and Trespass serve the lifestyle and outdoor fashion segments. New Balance covers premium sportswear. Le Coq Sportif covers French heritage sportswear. Simone Pérèle holds a premium lingerie position. Yves Delorme and Le Creuset cover luxury home. L’Oréal holds a beauty position. Petit Bateau covers children’s fashion. Levi’s covers denim. Swarovski covers jewellery. Lindt and Paul cover food.
The centre is served by Roubaix’s metro connection on the Lille Métropole network and by tram links to Lille and the Belgian border. The cross-border catchment from Mouscron and the Belgian Hainaut adds to the metropolitan Lille consumer base.
Le Creuset and Simone Pérèle give Roubaix Designer Outlet a home and luxury lingerie positioning that distinguishes it from standard sportswear-dominated outlet formats. The metro connection from Lille and the Belgian cross-border catchment expand the effective draw area well beyond the immediate Roubaix population.
