Mall of Qatar is a new 4,176,000 square foot (GBA) shopping center in Qatar – a country with the highest GDP in the world. Situated adjacent to a FIFA 2022 World Cup stadium, with a dedicated station on Doha’s new metro line, Mall of Qatar has over 1,750,000 square feet of retail leasable space on 3 levels with 400 shops, over 100 food and beverage (F&B) outlets and 7,000 underground and surface car-parking spaces.
MOQ offers a dramatically different shopping experience, transforming the way visitors engage with malls, premiering the world’s first resident troupe, performing mall-wide entertainment and custom-developed live shows on a 360-degree multi-lift rotating festival stage with theatrical sound and lighting and animated water features.
The mall’s 19-screen Cineplex includes the latest 4D projection technology screen and seven VIP screens on three levels, an eight-lane bowling alley and in-theatre gourmet food service. The mall has a family entertainment complex spread over 16,500 sq m of multi-level entertainment for children and adults.
The mall complex also has a five-star luxury hotel – Curio, a Collection by Hilton.

Several malls opened in Qatar in 2021, with new openings planned for the fourth quarter of 2022.
Skims, Primark, Ulta Beauty, and Pacsun all opened their first international stores in Dubai within 90 days.
