The remarketing refers to the central part of the shopping mall with an area of 41,000 sq.m.. Over 100 stores, as well as restaurants, cafe and entertainment shops are scattered across four floors of the mall building.
The remarketing touches upon significant retail tenant rotation, fortifying the fashion component. The opening of the renovated mall took place on November 7, 2013.
