The redesign which took place at the largest shopping centre in Bydgoszcz in North Poland came as a result of a 3D asset management review of this 387500ft² of leisure and retail space.

The collaboration of Colman Architects and Balmain Asset Management has led to a long-term strategy for the center.  This includes a significant extension, along with the reorganisation of the interior to enhance the center’s performance level by creating additional retail space and to improve circulation.  In a bid to reduce costs, the center makes use of efficient natural ventilation systems.
