This mall is still in the planning stage. According to ECE’s plans a new and vibrant quarter is to be created at Ludwigstrasse opening up in the direction of the old town and the Bischofsplatz square. The shopping mall will comprise 100 shops on 4 levels.
The construction works are announced for autumn 2015, and the opening is scheduled for spring 2018.
The mall will be located in the shopping district on the Ludwig Street.
There is a plan to connect the four of the five buildings with glass elements, just like the passages of the 19th century, with a goal to create a vibrant city quarter of excellent urban quality.
