Arkady Wrocławskie opened in 2007 on ul. Powstańców Śląskich in central Wrocław as a retail and office complex with a 13-story office tower, a cinema and an oceanarium.
The shopping center closed in 2024 and demolition began under its previous owner, Develia. Vastint Poland acquired the site in 2025 and is continuing the demolition, scheduled for completion in mid-2027, ahead of a planned residential and retail quarter.
