AK Retail Holdings, the owner of M&Co and Yours Clothing, has strategically acquired the renowned plus-size clothing retailer, Evans, to enhance its diverse brand portfolio.

This acquisition encompasses the esteemed brand name, intellectual property, and existing stock. This decision aligns with AK Retail Holdings’ overarching mission to cater to various customers with varying preferences and needs.
“We are truly excited about the acquisition of Evans and are dedicated to building upon its established legacy. We aim to elevate the brand to new heights, presenting fresh opportunities and enriched offerings that will further delight Evans’ valued clientele.” said the visionary founder, Andrew Killingsworth.
AK Retail Holdings previously acquired M&Co’s brand and intellectual property earlier this year. In a recent development, the business unveiled a revamped M&Co website under its stewardship. The relaunched platform showcases an expanded womenswear collection encompassing a comprehensive range, including petite and plus sizes.
