The retailer recently presented an experimental concept of stores, called NextGen, which will provide customers with a new service level.
Guests of the new store NextGen, opened by the denim giant Levi’s, are promised a full range of premium-class products and the most innovative services available to the public. The concept has already been tested in Europe and Asia. It will now be available to customers in North America, which means its deployment globally.
The first experimental store at the new location is NextGen in Palo Alto, California, about 250 square meters. In the coming years, the company will open several dozen such outlets in the US.

Levi’s increased the number of fitting rooms in NextGen store. In the store, customers will find contactless purchases and returns, advanced delivery services, and the option of self-delivery.
