The new store features the Levi’s Tailor Shop, which allows customers to order perfect-fit jeans.

Levi’s announced the opening of a store at Hudson’s Bay Department Store in downtown Vancouver. The 6,600-square-foot monostore is a shop-in-shop format retail space and offers customers a variety of inclusive services.
The new store features the Levi’s Tailor Shop, which allows customers to order perfect-fit jeans by taking measurements beforehand. Levi’s also offers a customization service – for an additional fee, you can personalize your jeans with embroidery, colored buttons and other unique elements.
The new space is tech-savvy – there are digital displays around the perimeter of the store, the center podium has a stylish counter, and the interior is complemented by black glossy fixtures.
In the fitting rooms, the brand uses ultra-modern mirrors that can give customers style recommendations as well as provide a quick link to the store’s staff.
Hudson’s Bay notes that the new Levi’s store represents the brand’s consistent innovation and product quality.
“Our goal was to provide a premium one stop shop in a coveted, high-traffic area, perfect for engaging with Levi’s fans who want to connect with the brand, and who are searching for a retail experience as well as their dream pair of Levi’s.” – said Nicolas Versloot, managing director for Levi’s Canada.
RetailDive says Levi’s is increasingly partnering with retailers to boost its retail revenue. For example, in March, the brand opened sales in more than 300 stores at the retail chain Target, as well as resumed cooperation with Kohl’s.
By 2027, the company expects to increase its annual revenue to $9-10 billion. Thus, sales growth should be 6-8% compared to the initial forecast of 4-6%. The share of e-commerce and direct sales in the brand’s revenue structure is expected to grow to 55%.
