Located close to the Charles de Gaulle airport, the 2nd most important airport by traffi c in Europe, this 85,000 m² GLA state of the art shopping centre designed by Philippe Chiambaretta will be centred around 5 themes, each paying tribute to a particular region of the world.

Aéroville is situated on the municipalities of Tremblay and Roissy-en-France, at 500 meters of the hotel Hyatt and the ACCOR Village of Paris Nord 2 (1200 rooms). The hotels "allée du verger" (4000 rooms) are at only 900 meters of the entrance North of Aéroville.

Features mall architecture

Imagined like an airport terminal, Aéroville is inspired, in its architecture and design, by the spirits and codes of airports. A rigorous attention to detail was applied with the use of noble materials such as wood, marble, leather and textiles. This first of its kind shopping centre is designed on one level. 
The Aéroville journey covers 1.5 km, and takes you through five Hubs that welcome and guide visitors from the car parks to the centre. Each Hub is inspired by a popular travel destination: Brazil - Tropical Design , Scandinavian countries - Nordic Chic, Japan - Tokyo Mix, Africa - Africa Lodge, Asia - Bali Market. The five different areas and their individual designs bring new sensations as you walk through the centre, experiencing a different colour palette, soundscape, scent and plants in each space.


A pedestrian path from 8 to 11 meters wide harms 200 shops.The natural light will be present everywhere in the center thanks to the glazed ceiling and to 3 big side windows (Placed under the doubled of tracks the South of CDG, you can even see the registration of planes in the take-off).
Brands have big height of ceiling and will be distributed by zones reminding various universes journeys. Perfumes, musics, colors and materials were particularly studied by the designer Saguez and Partners to make the shopping experience really different. Unibail Rodamco still innovates by presenting new international brands in France.
