Dubai Outlet Mall opened in 2007 and today has more than 1,300 brands and 240 stores.
Dubai Outlet Mall is preparing for the opening of new retail space. The mall on Al Ain Road will open after renovation in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The latest expansion will make Dubai Outlet Mall the largest outlet in the world, surpassing the current record holder, Florida’s Sawgrass Mills. The Dubai giant will have a total area of more than 350,000 square meters, compared to 220,000 square meters for its nearest competitor.
The outlet, which is located near Mohammed Bin Zayed and Dubai Bypass Roads, 20 minutes from downtown, is currently completing its tenant selection program. International brands ranging from luxury to street fashion will open stores in the space.
“We are excited to see our list of partner brands grow with us as we are in the process of realizing our vision of reinventing the world of shopping and retail,” commented Mohammed Nasser Hammas, executive director of Al Ahli Group.
Among the brands leasing space at Dubai Outlet Mall are Rivoli Group, Gallery One, Mumuso, Zippy Kids, OVS Kids, Simple Kitchen, Dwell, Supercare, Optivision, Optics for Less, Via Milano, Lens Kart, Intimate Collection, Mario Barutti, and Tiyabi Taif Al Emarat. Some of them have already opened their doors and are receiving their first customers. The outlet will also include a multi-screen cinema, a megamarket, and a public space.
