Luxury brand Dior opened its first standalone La Collection Privée store in the US. The space appeared in Terminal 1 of John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. The retail concept was worked on by Dior Travel Retail Americas in partnership with the International Shoppes team.
With the opening of the first La Collection Privée store, the fashion house opens the opportunity for its customers to purchase exclusive fragrances of haute perfumery – the collection features 22 items, including perfumes, soaps, delicate body creams and luxurious candles.
The new New York airport boutique also sells Mitzah scarves from the Dior Couture collection, as well as an emblematic line of sunglasses.

In 2024, Dior also promises to introduce two exclusive Premium Luxury offerings. Customers will be offered an engraving service that will make each item unique.
“International Shoppes is thrilled to have been selected as the first standalone Christian Dior boutique featuring La Collection Privée (LCP) in North America. The combination of LCP with Dior Couture Eyewear and Dior Couture Mitzahs is a remarkable fusion of fragrance, fashion, and artistry, and it’s set to redefine luxury shopping at JFK Terminal 1 Having served JFK Terminal 1 since 1998, this exclusive collaboration is yet another step forward in our journey to provide a world-class shopping experience.” commented Scott Halpern, CO-CEO of International Shoppes.
