Ashtabula Towne Square Ashtabula Towne Square, formerly Ashtabula Mall, has the place for 70 stores, food court and a six-screen movie theater. Anchor stores: JCPenney and Super Kmart. The mall was purchased by SureFire Group in 2014 and renamed Ashtabula Towne Square.
