The neighborhood was formally an industrial area, which included offices, parks and houses, as well as the center. The new construction will allow people to undertake all their everyday tasks without the need to leave the area as they will be provided with bank, post offices and everything else they need.

In the event that residents need to leave the area, or visitors want to shop or commute to work, they will make use of the new tram or monorail. The development will include electric car chargers and bike parking, which is not offered anywhere else in China.
The rooftop farm will consist of individual garden plot, educational programs and each terrace will have smaller parks with restaurant seating. There will be terraces at each level, designed to ultimately take visitors to the urban farm at the top level.
Since property in China is so expensive, it has made for denser developments, such as having a mall with 13 levels, instead of two. It is also more common for developments to offer multiple use schemes within malls.
