Royal Centre is a prominent skyscraper complex. This 855,000 sq fo, 36 storey building is adjacent to the Vancouver Hyatt Regency Hotel. The building is owned and managed by Brookfield Properties, a major North American commercial real estate company. The complex offer 264 (688 stalls) parking places.

The tower (RBC Tower or Royal Bank Tower) stands at 141 m and 37 storeys and was completed in 1973. 

The main attractions of the mall are two underground levels of retail stores, a food court, Rexall Drug store, ICBC drivers services and Staples and a 10-screen Cineplex Odeon theatre.
