Among them are names like Mango, Calliope, Sprider, Beauty Zone, Adidas, Andrews fashion, Denyl, Etere, Fox, Seven Seconds, Hot Spot, Levi’s, Terranova, Oxette, Swarovski, Coffee break, KFC, McDonald’s, Fancy restaurant, Ciela book store, Leonardo Shoes, Costa Café, Reserved, XYZ, entertainment and fashion for the kids at Fancy Kids center and shop. With the construction of the mall and its’ proximity to hypermarkets Technopolis and Mr. Bricolage the area is shaping as the new trade park of Stara Zagora.
The developer of Park Mall Stara Zagora is Alexandra Group and the investment amount to EUR 25 million. The Mall has provided more than 800 new jobs. The architectural design was created by Artec Design under the supervision of chief architect Konstantin Antonov. The construction of Park Mall was carried out by Balkanstroy. Leading real estate company, Colliers International, is in charge of Property Management.
