The giant store dedicated to the Harry Potter universe will open its doors in the summer of 2020.
The new store will be located at 935 Broadway, next to the famous Flatiron Building, a building shaped like an iron. It will be the largest specialty store dedicated to Harry Potter in the world, as well as the first flagship store of goods from the universe of the little wizard created by Joan Rowling.
Fans of the young wizard will find here the most extensive collection of amazing magical products from books about Harry Potter, as well as books in the series about Fantastic Beasts, presented to date in the world. The shop will occupy three floors and will be located in an area of 1800 square meters.
Among the various items and fascinating relics from the magic world, such as wizard robes or chocolate frogs, Hogwarts magic wands specially created by the designers for the new store will also be sold here.
In addition to a multitude of magic products for visitors, there will also be a variety of interactive entertainment, interior design, and opportunities for stunning photos that can then be posted on social networks. According to Warner Bros.’s plan, entering its doors, visitors should feel that they have been transported into the world of magic and magic, and get a lot of fantastic experiences. It is assumed that the new location will become one of the tourist attractions of the city.
The designers of the store also plan to change the facade of the building by placing dragons, stylized clocks, and magic wands on it, but it is not yet known whether the local authorities will approve such an intervention in the architecture of the city.
