American lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret is opening its first retail store in India, following the beauty and fashion boom the country has seen over the past few years. It is located in the Phoenix Palladium Mall in Mumbai and gives local customers access to all of the iconic brand’s latest fashion collections.
The new futuristic space reflects Victoria’s Secret’s retail concept of the “store of the future,” combining the online and physical shopping experience.
Victoria’s Secret officially entered the Indian market with 2021, opening its online store with delivery nationwide. Meanwhile, the store’s assortment was limited, selling only cosmetics and accessories.
In its first physical store the brand not only offers a complete lingerie collection, but also the latest technological innovations such as interactive changing rooms and a free “bra fittings” service, with the assistance of highly qualified consultants.
With the opening of its first store in India the American brand extends its geographic presence and strengthens its position in the Asian markets. Today the company’s portfolio includes more than 1,350 stores worldwide.
