Development of the 10 acre site at the heart of the City Centre will complement and enhance the existing retail offer to position Bradford as a major shopping destination for the region. On completion, the development will total 570,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, with 1,300 new car parking spaces. In addition to Debenhams, M&S and Next, more than 70 shops, restaurants and cafes will bring together a dynamic mix of high street fashion, food and lifestyle brands
