Topaz is Polish retail chain based in eastern Poland (eastern part of the province Mazowieckie, southern part of the province Podlasie, the northern part of the province Lublin). The company was founded in 1993 by its owner Zbigniew Paczóski, with head office is in Sokolow Podlaski. In May 2009, the network introduced a new sales format – local franchise shops Topaz Express.
Currently, the chain consists of 45 own retail outlets in 20 towns and approx. 30 franchise outlets Topaz Express, the confectionery company, and two gas stations. On their offer, you can find approx. 40 000 product items such as vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.
