Simon announced that Outlets opened October 29 with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in Tampa, Florida.

The shopping center will cater to the greater Tampa area and will provide top-grade shopping experience from leading brands in its sprawling 441,000 square feet shopping expanse.
Over 110 retailers will call Tampa Premium Outlets home, with expected consumer savings to lie within the range of 25 to 65 percent daily. Top-grade designer and name brands with outlets in the center include Nike, Banana Republic, Saks Fifth Avenue, Samsonite, Cole Haan, Off 5TH, ECCOS, Coach, Brooks Brothers, and Skechers amongst others.
Industry heavyweight, Simon’s Premium Outlets is behind this mega shopping center. Simon has enjoyed a remarkable year in bolstering its stand in the industry. It carried out major expansions in San Francisco Premium Outlets, Las Vegas North Premium Outlet, and Chicago Premium Outlets starting in the second quarter of the year.
Simon also opened two new shopping centers, Tucson Premium Outlets and Gloucester Premium Outlets, within the last three months.
Tampa Premium Outlets will offer an enriching shopping and dining experience thanks to its impressive array of retail and culinary outlets. It is strategically located at the intersection of State Road 56 and I-75.
