The mall has undergone enhancement works to create a four-storey retail extension block measuring over 16,500 sq ft (1,530 m2). The work commenced in July 2007 and was completed by end-2008. The final phase was the roof garden on the 5th floor, with both wet and dry playground, as part of CapitaMall Trust's upgrades to add 'green' spaces to its malls, including Bukit Panjang Plaza, Sembawang Shopping Centre and IMM.

Lot One Shoppers' Mall (Lot One) is situated in the heart of the Choa Chu Kang housing estate, in the north- western region of Singapore. The mall is well connected by major arterial roads and is next to the Choa Chu Kang MRT/LRT stations and bus interchange.

The six-storey retail mall enjoys a large shopper catchment, comprising residents in the Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Batok and Upper Bukit Timah precincts, uniformed personnel from military camps in the vicinity, as well as students from nearby schools.
