Kielce is a city in central Poland with 200 000 inhabitants. It is also the capital city of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (Holy Cross Voivodeship). Kielce is characterised by a good quality of retail stock. Currently, the retail stock amounts to 150,200 m2 GLA (within 4 shopping centres) and the density ratio reached the level of 753 m2/1,000 inhabitants. The largest shopping malls in the city are Kielce (first in Kielce) and Galeria Echo with 300 shops. There are 540 shops in shopping centres in Kielce. Chains from the fashion sector (32%) and services (12%) are the largest tenant group.
