Ultra-modern Aleja Shopping Mall Opens in Slovenia

The volume of investments in the construction of the shopping and entertainment center was about 150 million euros.

In Slovenia, the Aleja shopping and entertainment center, a project of Spar European Shopping Centers (SES) development company, is being prepared for opening. The official opening ceremony of the complex is scheduled for March 19, 2020. According to the press service of the company, the mall located in the north of Ljubljana will be the most modern and one of the largest in the city. 

The net rental area of the Aleja shopping mall is 32,000 square meters. The multifunctional complex is positioned as a meeting place with a focus on shopping, gastronomy, and modern entertainment formats. According to the concept, the area of the mall will accommodate about 80 shops, as well as catering and business services companies. 

The volume of investments in the construction of the shopping and entertainment center is about 150 million euros. For the Slovenian market, the opening of Aleja is one of the most significant development projects in recent years. In SES's portfolio, it is the fifth shopping mall in the country. According to Markus Wilde, CEO of Spar European Shopping Centers, the shopping center, given its modern concept and prosperous location, will become one of the new points of attraction in the city.
