The largest outlet operator in the U.S. announced the opening of an outlet shopping center in the capital of Thailand.
Simon operates many outlets around the world, where you can buy products from famous brands with discounts ranging from 25 to 65%. Outlets under the Premium Outlets brand operate not only in the U.S. but also in Japan, Britain, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and other countries.
On June 19, the company announced the opening of the first retail spaces for the global brand of Premium Outlets in Bangkok. With the new outlets, customers will be able to buy fashionable products from international and local brands with significant discounts. Among them, customers will be able to find products from Balenciaga, Burberry, Montblanc, Salvatore Ferragamo, Furla, American Eagle, Hugo Boss, CK Calvin Klein - a total of more than 60 brands with a global reputation.
Many brands have become the largest outlet stores in Thailand, including Coach, Kate Spade New York, and Sketchers. There are also premium stores such as Adidas and Nike.
The new outlets will be called Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok. The project was developed by Siam Piwat Simon, a joint venture between Simon Property Group and Siam Piwat, a company that owns and operates prestigious commercial properties in Thailand. The shopping center will be located a 15-minute drive from Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport and a 45-minute drive from the center of the capital.
The shopping outlet project was developed taking into account the most current trends in design. It provides not only areas for trade, but also recreation areas with fountains and unusual architectural details. There will also be a unique children's playground, and guests of the center will be able to relax by visiting the area of restaurants and cafes, where Starbucks, BreadTalk and other institutions will function. And to decorate the space was used works of art created by famous and local artists.
