New York-based luxury streetwear brand Supreme is considering opening its first store in South Korea. If the company's plans come true, it will be the 15th monostore in the world and only the second in Asia after Japan.
Supreme has not yet announced its upcoming entry into the South Korean market. However, it is already known that the international patent law firm Lee has filed a trademark application.
It is expected that the first Supreme store in South Korea may open in the Songsu, Cheongdam or Hannam area in May 2023. According to other reports, the American brand may rent space in the Gangnam area in time for the opening of the Spring-Summer 2023 season.
