Shopping Center Forum to be main CRE event in Poland

More than 60 exhibitors will offer in excess of 150 new and re-leased centers.  This year’s exhibitors include ECE Projektmanagement, Plaza Centers, Carrefour, Ghelamco, Neinver, Mayland Real Estate, Trigranit, Knight Frank, Immochan, Atrium, Inter Ikea, Multi, Immofinanz, Apsys and TK Development, and possibly others.

Focus will also be placed on available space which allows shopping mall owners and developers to offer space to potential tenants and make new contacts.  There are around 300 retailers who will participate in the SCF, including Adidas, McDonald’s, Rossmann, IKEA, Carrefour, Sephora, Triumph, Lynx-Optique, Jula, RTV Euro AGD, TK Maxx, GoSport, Intersport and Inditex.

In total, around 1500 entities will eventually participate in the Forum, one-third of which are retail chain representatives, along with shopping center tenants.  Most of them are board members who bear responsibility for contract negotiation and new locations.  

Participants can make use of Forum Link, which is a meeting scheduling software program for the SCF.  Access is restricted to registered Forum participants only.

The Forum is a bi-annual event which occurs for one day during Winter/Spring and two days during Fall.  It is the largest event of its kind to take place in Central Europe and Poland.  Its main aims are to enable the letting and pre-letting of available space; networking of developers and retailers; showcasing projects; hosting presentations and conferences and showcasing new technology and services that are available for shopping centers and retailers.
