The shopping and entertainment center was named ZNC, and its unusual feature was that the red thread in the decoration of interiors and the choice of design themes as ordinary salt. This symbol was preferred not by chance; salt mining is traditional in this region. This natural resource is a symbol of prosperity and wealth.

Creating the interiors of the mall was carried out by the architectural company Chapman-Taylor. They actively use the color of salt - entirely white, which also reminds of sea waves and the design of ceilings, floors, and other architectural details recreate. In general, the structure of the mine and the atrium details are made in the form of baskets used in the collection of salt and other materials used to create the mine. Also, everywhere you can see jewelry in the form of salt crystals. The design also used materials and colors characteristic of coastal cities in the region. The local river inspired the creation of the mall corridor.

Simultaneously, the mall's design is made in a modern reading, using current trends and architectural solutions. Thus far, the front stairs have undoubtedly attracted attention and will also be used as a venue for various events. 

The new shopping center area is 110 000 sq.m., there are shopping areas, entertainment areas, and food courts. The opening of the mall, which took place on December 2, was attended by official authorities and crowds of ordinary customers.
