A Village of South Lebanon shopping center will see the opening of four new tenant’s stores by the close of the year.
Midland Atlantic is in the process of developing the second phase of the center, anchored by Target. The center is situated on Corwin Nixon Boulevard and State Route 48, in South Lebanon.
The growth in population in Warren County is responsible for the interest in retail development between Dayton and Cincinnati.
The addition will be 35000 ft² in size and leases have already been signed by the four new tenants. Famous Footwear, Dollar Tree and PetSmart will take its places between Target and Kohl’s. Starbucks is set to open on a single site facing State Route 48, in a 6300 ft² area, along with two other retail spaces.
Starbucks will take up 1816 ft², Famous Footwear 5189 ft², Dollar Tree 10000 ft² and PetSmart 12122 ft². Construction should be final by August, with Starbucks looking to open later during the year. Construction for the other retailers will be completed by the fall. There are plans afoot for a new restaurant by Chick-Fil-A. The center includes other small retail spaces which are currently available.
