Now anyone who wants to practice can use the applications included in the NTC Premium service for free. These are applications such as Nike App, Nike Running Club (NRC), Nike Training Club (NTC), as well as access to information at nike.com and Trained podcast.

Users now have access to more than 185 training programs, videos of individual exercises, and complete training in a variety of areas, including yoga and strength exercises, information and advice from the best trainers, and much more. The company has also added several materials relating to recovery, sleep improvement, and proper thinking.
