Luxury stores are opening at American Dream megamall

More than 20 luxury stores will open in a separate wing of the mall in September.

Each phase of American Dream New Jersey megamall's launch has come under intense public scrutiny. The first phases of opening took place in October and December 2019, and now it's the turn for many luxury stores. After several delays due to the pandemic, the long-awaited opening for shoppers of the mall's luxury wing is finally coming. 

It has been announced that more than 20 luxury stores will open at American Dream beginning September 17. The mall's luxury wing is called The Avenue and will feature premium boutiques and many restaurants and bars. In addition to the shopping and dining spaces, The Avenue will attract visitors with various cultural events. In honor of the opening, an exhibition will be held devoted to American fashion and art, which will last a month. Leisure areas with a sculpture garden and lakes with exotic fish will add comfort and coziness to The Avenue. 

The biggest store on The Avenue will be a luxurious Saks Fifth Avenue department store with an area of 12000 sq. feet. There will also be an 8000 square-feet Hermes store. Other big names include Saint Laurent, Tiffany, Dolce & Gabbana, Mulberry, Jonathan Adler, Zadig & Voltaire, etc. 

The total area of the luxury wing of the megamall will be about 300,000 square feet. About 70% of which has already been leased, addition stores will begin work on September 17, will open a further group of outlets offering luxury goods to customers, who are currently negotiating the lease with many major brands.
