European Outlet Center of the new generation will open in October

The project, La Torre Outlet Zaragoza, positioned as an urban entertainment center, will be the first of its kind in Europe.

The creation of an outlet center, which was named La Torre Outlet Zaragoza, is part of the company's Grupo Iberebro, reports Malls.com. It was planned to open in May 2020. However, due to the pandemic, the deadline was postponed, and the opening of this unique project will now be officially announced in October 2020.

The new La Torre Outlet Zaragoza will be an outlet center, but its creators claim that it will be a new generation facility, a place for meetings, and spending time, rather than just a shopping space. The center will include many trendy stores, including Outlet Village and Retail Park, recreational facilities, entertainment areas, an ultra-modern cinema, as well as cafes and restaurants, including world-famous chains. The heart of the outlet will be the central square, where a vast LED screen will be placed, and a two-level wall for climbing.

At the same time, demanding modern visitors expect a high level of digital technology and compliance with environmental standards. Creators of La Torre Outlet Zaragoza actively used the latest digital technologies in setting up a convenient customer loyalty program, which will provide customers with the experience of more comfortable shopping. At the same time, gamification elements concerning social networks, as well as virtual and augmented reality functions, are actively being used. 

La Torre Outlet Zaragoza will be located in the Spanish city of Zaragoza and will be accessible to Madrid and Barcelona. The total area of the outlet center will be 61 500 sq.m. Visitors will have access to 2,800 free parking spaces.
