ENKA presented Kuntsevo Plaza mixed-use complex

Total investments into the multi-purpose complex, located in the west of Moscow, amounted to 500 millions USD.

The project was completed in 4.5 years, while only construction works took 3.5 years. Gross building area of the complex, which was built in the place of Ramstore - former district shopping mall, is 235.000 m2, which places it in the list of most large-scale projects in the Moscow market. Total floor area of the shopping center  is 110 000 m2, of which 62 000 m2 is shopping space. 

It is said in the press release that Kuntsevo Plaza puts the focus on healthy lifestyle and family leisure time in a new format. The complex is marked by exceptional architecture, modern brands, popular restaurants and display area. The shopping center includes 200 stores, as well as a three-level entertainment complex Cosmic, two-level hypermarket  Aushan, World Class fitness center with a swimming pool and a multiplex Mori Cinema. The parking area is intended for 2000 cars. 

Creative architectural concept of the mixed-use complex was developed by an American  company Jerde Partnership, portfolio of which includes such projects, as “Mall of America” in Minnesota, Santa Monica Place in California, Kanyon shopping center in Istanbul, as well as other hallmark objects. 

The new Kuntsevo Plaza features modern youth restaurants, cafes and confectionaries, which used to be presented only in the street-retail format. These include Upside Down Cake coffee house, Italian restaurant Il Fornetto, Studio conceptual design from the founders of Friends Forever Company. Family restaurant Local, William Lamberti’s conceptual restaurant Avenue 1 and Japanese Tanuki, which is intended to occupy three levels in a designer house on a tree,  are expected to be opened in the near future.

Maje, Pinko, Gerarg Darel, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein Jeans, Gaastra, DeBonTon, Tou, Lacoste, Loriblu and many others are among modern brands, presented in Kuntsevo Plaza.  Some stores are presented exclusively in the shopping complex. Michael Kors, Max&Co, Weekend by Max Mara, Zara and other  lessees will be opened in the coming days.
