A conceptual underground bar Sala Gaspare, fully dedicated to Campari, has opened in the center of Milan. The unusual establishment is located within walking distance of the Duomo.
A unique bar for only 12 guests
The bar allows drink connoisseurs to immerse themselves in the history of the brand. It only accepts twelve guests at a time, four of whom can be behind the bar.The unusual space was designed by Camparino in Galleria and Vudafieri-Saverino Partners. The interior of the bar reflects Milan's iconic symbols and modern elements.
The walls of the place are decorated with wooden panels, and the perimeter lights create unique lighting reflecting the concept of an underground bar.
Ancient recipes and classic cocktails
Sala Gaspare features an exclusive menu that features ancient recipes from the lab's books with the addition of modern ingredients and influences. Guests are also invited to sample cocktails created from ingredients that Gaspare Campari used to create his own blends of cordials, bitters and vermouths. The menu also features classic cocktails from the brand's heritage, such as Negroni and Boulevardier.
