The 4,000 sq ft restaurant opened will be one of Côte Brasserie’s largest sites.Côte Brasserie has spent more than £1 million in creating its trademark Parisian-style brassiere on the upper level of Trinity Leeds, facing the centre’s galleried atrium space. Designed by Cantor Masters, the new Côte Brasserie will combine the familiar colours and textures of other Côte establishments, including a mix of oak plank and French concrete floor tiles, grasscloth and gold leaf wallpaper as well as a banquette, stand and loose seating.
The new Côte Brasserie at Trinity Leeds also features a bar area to the front of the eatery, which has only been included in one other location. Unique features also include mirrored coffered ceilings, the bespoke bar design, and a circular waiter station.
The new opening will produce over 40 new jobs over its management, service, and kitchen teams. The restaurant will feature a selection of locally sourced seasonal dishes on its regularly changing menu. Visitors can look forward to classic French delicacies, alongside an extensive French wine list with wines from some independent producers.
