By selecting the desired item, a buyer can then purchase by sending a single order message to the seller. You can also view your shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding button directly in the seller's chat window.

To access the goods catalog, customers can use a select button to display the store's icon. Also, inside the directory will be available buttons "Write to Seller" and "Add to Cart," so the buyer can immediately contact the seller or start by creating a list of products to buy. 

This innovation significantly simplifies the purchasing process and speeds it up. Before the New Year holidays, when many people rush online to choose gifts for their loved ones, this tool will undoubtedly make life easier for both buyers and sellers. 

In this case, already in 2021, WhatsApp promises to add several payment features that will allow buyers to contact the seller, select the right items, and pay for goods without leaving the app.
