A Nordstrom luxury department store has been robbed in California. According to LIFE, citing a local police report, the organized attack took place at the store located in Walnut Creek on the outskirts of San Francisco.
"Employees at the Nordstrom store began calling 911 when approximately 80 people entered the store and immediately began stealing products," the police said in a statement posted on their official Twitter account.
Law enforcement officials said the robbery occurred on the evening of November 29. The attackers broke into the store and attacked the employees of the department store using pepper spray. According to the police, the attackers were 18 to 32 years old.
During the operation, only three suspects were detained. The rest managed to escape in cars. Police are currently searching for all individuals associated with the department store robbery. It is believed that the action was carefully planned. The size of the damage was not disclosed.
