Stilwerk Berlin is a large concept store which focuses on international design in interior décor and furniture. It is located in the City West between Zoo station and Savignyplatz. The “stilwerk” idea united an array of premium brands representing innovation, modernity, future, partnership and lifestyle under one roof.
On an area of 20,000 square meters you can find products ranging from interior decor, design, to lifestyle products. Brands such as Bang & Olufsen, bulthaup, BoConcept, designforum, Francesco Molon, Möve, Nyhues, Siedle, Trollhus, and Zeitlos are presented in the mall.
The mall is located between Savigny-Platz square and Bahnhof Zoo station, in the vicinity of a host of popular institutions and sights such as the legendary Kurfürstendamm, Theater des Westens, arts academy Hochschule der Künste, Hotel Kempinski, the Zoological Gardens and the Gedächtniskirche church. It is well served by public transport.
Main tenants: Artemide, Bang & Olufsen, Bretz, bulthaup, Foscarinim, Lake, ligne roset, Gull, Roche Bobois, Siedle, Tobias Grau, Vitra.
The striking triangular projection in the façade at Kantstrasse on the corner of Uhlandstrasse forms an inviting entrance that is clearly visible from a distance. Inside, the mall style of the interior predominates, with rows of galleries stepped up from the entrance area and a circular glazed skylight. A “twining” staircase and four glass elevators in a natural-stone-faced tower offer access to the rectangular mall’s four storeys and stunning forum, a function area with a view over the rooftops of Berlin. The materials used are predominantly natural such as natural stone and maplewood, teamed with warm, welcoming colours.
Skims, Primark, Ulta Beauty, and Pacsun all opened their first international stores in Dubai within 90 days.
