The Pearl Park Mall project was realised by a company and its professional team holding the Building of the Year award. The architectural design of the complex is stylish and dynamic and the total building area of the trade centre is 9 000 sq.m. The panorama lifts, lighted fountains with gradating different colours that produce a beautiful water show, the unconventional facade incorporating all the possible combinations of glass, chrome and aluminium, water walls and other effects in the interior create an impression of uniqueness and comfort.
The trade and entertainment zones are distributed in 7 floors. On the seventh floor there is a panorama restaurant, Wien Cafe and Pearl Panorama discotheque. The reasonably directed financial flow ensures a powerful upper floor, which directs the flow of people evenly throughout the whole building.
On the first level there is a huge supermarket. Next come the other floors with service centres, offices, trade places, beauty salons, children’s entertainment corner, cinema and the favourite Fast Food shops. Thus the customers from different price segments are optimally distributed so that the representatives of all trademark shops have their customers.
